Prayer to Rebuke the Enemy

Heavenly Father,

Praise to you, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, source of all consolation and hope.  By your Son’s death and His ascension into the Heavens, He remains our light in every darkness, our strength in every weakness.  Father I ask You in the name and through the Blood of Your Divine Son to rebuke the enemy for taking captive that which belongs to You.  Father I ask Jesus to place His Crown of thorns around us so that those with wrong influences will lose interest and depart. Giver of strength, courage and peace, pour Your Spirit upon us to become all You’ve created us to be.  In Jesus’ precious name.  Amen.
