When Iβm angry with those around me or carrying resentment or unforgiveness, I often recall Ephesians 6:12, which says that weβre not fighting flesh-and-blood enemies (some translations say βhumanβ enemies). This reminds me that the real battle is not against our family, our friends, co-workers, etc. The devil is SO adept at leading us to believe that those around us are the problem β¦ when the truth tells us that HE is the problem. HE is working in them and in US to pit us against one another with the intention of tearing us apart.
John 10:10 tells us that the thiefβs purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. Besides, isnβt this one of the major themes in the bible? The enemy destroying relationships and God restoring them?
How good and pleasant it is when Godβs people live together in unity! // Psalm 133:1

Since you're here β¦
