Heavenly Father,
You tell us that when we cast our cares on the Lord, we will be sustained and never shaken. You also tell us trust in the Lord with all our heart and not to depend on our own understandingβ¦to seek Your will in all we doβ¦and You will show us which path to take. Father, be a light for my path. Help me to release all of my worries and to replace them with prayer and thanks. Help me to fix my thoughts on what is true, honorable, and rightβ¦pure, lovely, and admirableβ¦excellent, and worthy of praise.
Father, I will not let my heart be troubled. I will walk through this life knowing that You are the Lord of peace and that I am carefree in You. I will walk in that peace that guards my heart and mind in Christ and that passes all understanding. In Jesusβ mighty name I pray. Amen.
